3. Honest, operator-grade dashboards. Revenue, ad spend and TACOS on one chart. Per-campaign ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC with period comparisons. Everything a serious seller needs to decide in minutes.

4. Built on Amazon SP-API + Advertising API. First-party data, not scraped data — which is why the numbers can be trusted on a P&L call.

The KPIs Overview answers one question: "Are we actually making money this week?" Revenue is plotted as an area, ad spend as columns, and TACOS as a line on the right axis — all for the selected analysis window, all compared to the previous period.

Below the chart, core business metrics roll up total sales, gross revenue, net profit, ACOS, TACOS, ad spend, sessions, page views and unit session % — each with a vs-prior comparison. The moment a metric moves the wrong way, the team sees it.

Every campaign, every SKU — with honest deltas against the prior period.

Spend, sales, ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, impressions, clicks and conversion % for every campaign — with a vs-comparison delta on each cell. The campaign table is sortable, paginated for large accounts, and designed for operators who make 30 decisions before their second coffee.

SKU / ASIN performance is stitched in below: unit sales, sessions, buy-box %, ad metrics and health signals per SKU. The AI agents use the same table to flag outliers and propose fixes.

The Amazify marketing page carries the exact numbers the product delivers — not stock photography. A live CONTEXTUA panel shows Standard ACoS, Margin-Aware ACoS (mACoS), ROAM, organic cannibalization, recovery from FBA and TikTok, and quarterly margin improvement.

We designed this as the proof surface of the product itself: what visitors see on the marketing site is exactly what logged-in operators see inside the app — so the promise and the product never disagree.

01 The Client

Amazon agency expertise, delivered by a 24/7 AI agent swarm.

Amazify is an Amazon growth team that refused to pick a lane between "agency" and "SaaS". Their bet: take the people and playbooks of a serious Amazon agency, couple them to a 24/7 swarm of specialized AI agents, and sell the outcome — margin improvement — not the tool. Their slogan — "Revenue is a vanity metric. Profit is the only truth." — set the tone for every product decision.

02 The Challenge

Three problems between "agency promises" and "product-grade reality".

Agency data, SaaS reliability

Agencies are used to pulling reports ad-hoc. SaaS users expect numbers that stay correct 24/7, across dozens of accounts. Getting from one to the other required a real data backbone.

Margin over revenue

Off-the-shelf Amazon metrics don't tell you margin. We had to build mACoS, ROAM, organic cannibalization and recovery as first-class metrics — computed live, per SKU, per campaign.

AI agents that are actually useful

"Let's bolt on ChatGPT" is not a product. We had to design a narrow, purposeful set of agents — each with scoped responsibilities around PPC, inventory, listings and reimbursements.
