We never ask for passwords: the 24-hour diagnostic connects through Login with Amazon, where we only read data and never change listings, prices, stock or ads, and the Quick Scan uses standard reports. Uploaded files are kept for 90 days and then deleted. We never publish your data, and research use is optional and anonymised.

How we calculate recoverable gaps
Yearly recoverable gaps are the sum, per gap with evidence and a documented fix, of monthly loss times 12: stockout lost margin (average daily units x days out of stock x unit margin), aged inventory and storage fees, reimbursable lost or damaged units and fee overcharges, ad spend on SKUs under the agreed days of cover, and margin lost during listing suppressions. Each line cites its source report so you can check the maths.
Frequently asked questions
What access does Login with Amazon give you, and how do I revoke it?
You sign in on Amazon’s own page and approve access for our app, so we never see your password. We use it only to read the data the report needs; we never change listings, prices, stock or ads. You can revoke access at any time, including as soon as your report arrives, on the Manage Your Apps page in Seller Central.
Why 24 hours, and when does the clock start?
The 24 hours start when you connect and count business days only, so a weekend connection starts the clock on Monday. Connecting removes the slowest part of a Quick Scan, exporting and uploading reports, because we read the same data from Amazon directly. We run the same checks on every account, and every report gets a senior review before it is emailed to you.
What if I don’t want to connect my Amazon account?
Choose the free Quick Scan instead: upload five standard reports from Seller Central and we send your top three gaps within three business days, with no account access. Or schedule a call and talk it through with us first.
Do you need access to my Seller Central account?
Only for the 24-hour diagnostic, and only the access you approve with Login with Amazon, which we use only to read data; we never change listings, prices, stock or ads. The Quick Scan works from five uploaded reports with no account access. The Deep Diagnostic uses view-only user permissions you grant, so we can see every channel.
Which marketplaces does each diagnostic cover?
The 24-hour diagnostic and the Quick Scan cover Amazon. The Deep Diagnostic covers Amazon and every other marketplace you sell on.
What happens after the diagnostic?
You keep the report. If you want to close the gaps with us, we scope Growth OS plus the custom modules you need for the gaps you choose, in an architecture doc with a fixed price and date.
Is there a limit on how many diagnostics you run?
Yes. We cap the number each week so every report gets a senior review; the form shows the next available start date before you submit.
