Licence · Rebrand · Launch

Launch your own white-label ecommerce platform — code included.

Licence a production-proven Amazon and multi-marketplace platform, put your brand on it, and get the complete source code handed to your team. We deploy it, configure it, and then train your people to run and extend it themselves with AI — no developer on retainer, ever. One licence, one company, yours to operate.

What is included

A finished product, the code behind it, and the ability to run it.

Four things land in your hands. The platform, rebranded. The repository, complete. The deployment, done. And the training that means you never need to call a developer to change something.

01

The licensed product

A platform already running in production, rebranded as yours.

  • Your logo, colours, domain and email templates
  • Your pricing pages and plans
  • A live product, not a prototype
02

Full source code

Everything ships to your repository.

  • Frontend, backend services, database schema
  • All marketplace integrations and AI agents
  • Technical and deployment documentation
03

Setup done for you

We install it — you do not.

  • Deployment into your AWS or GCP account
  • API credentials, domain, SSL, payment gateway, environments
  • Handover walkthrough and team training
04

Run it yourself, with AI

We teach your team to manage the platform without us.

  • Guided sessions on changing the code with Claude or any AI tool
  • An AI-ready repo: architecture notes, module map, prompt playbook
  • You ship your own updates — no retainer, no ticket queue
Choose your platform

Three products, already live, ready to carry your name.

Straight ranges, no discovery call required to get one. Your final number depends on branding and configuration scope — we confirm it on a 15-minute call.

How white-labelling works

Five steps. Two to four weeks.

From the first demo to the moment your team ships its own change without us. No open-ended discovery, no surprises in the middle.

0115 min

Demo & fit call

We walk you through the live product, confirm which platform fits your market, and share the licence price band.

022–3 days

Licence & agreement

Single-company licence agreement signed, scope of branding and setup confirmed, invoice raised.

031–2 weeks

Branding & configuration

Your logo, colour system, domain, email templates, plans and pricing applied across the product.

041 week

Deployment & code handover

We deploy into your cloud, connect your API credentials, run UAT, then transfer the repository to your team with documentation.

051–2 weeks

Training & AI enablement

Team training sessions, 30 days of hypercare, and the AI-enablement programme — after which your team runs and extends the platform on its own.

Day one

What actually lands in your hands.

Not a login and a promise. Here is the full handover list, line by line — the same checklist we sign off against.

AI enablement

You own the code. We make sure you can actually change it.

Buying a platform usually means hiring someone to look after it. Not here. Before we hand off, we train your team to operate, maintain and extend the product using Claude or any AI coding assistant — so the next change you need is something you ship yourself, this week, without calling a developer.

An AI-ready repository
Architecture notes, a module map, coding conventions and a context file committed to your repo so an AI assistant understands the whole codebase from the first prompt.
A prompt playbook
Ready-written prompts for the jobs you will actually do — add a field, change a report, adjust a pricing rule, restyle the branding, debug a failed API call, ship a deploy.
Live working sessions
Recorded sessions where we make real changes to your deployment using AI, with your team driving the keyboard.
Marketplace API changes
How to spot an SP-API, Advertising API, Walmart or Shopify deprecation notice and have AI apply the fix safely.
Safe-change practice
Staging, branching, review and rollback — so an AI-assisted change never puts production at risk.

Licence terms

One licence. One company. Yours to run — not to resell.

We are deliberately blunt about this, because it is the one thing people get wrong. You get everything you need to run the product commercially under your own brand. You do not get the right to pass it on.

Scope of licence

One purchase grants one licence to one buying company, for that company to operate under its own brand.

Permitted use

Internal use and commercial operation of the platform by the licensee, including offering it as a service to the licensee's own customers under the licensee's brand.

Not permitted

Reselling, sublicensing, redistributing, re-white-labelling, sharing or transferring the source code or the product to any third party; selling the code on; offering it as a white-label product to others.

Additional entities

A second brand, company or entity requires a separate licence purchase.

Ownership

Licensee owns and controls their deployment, their data and their repository copy. Underlying product IP remains with Ecomsellertool under the licence.

Transfer

Licence is non-transferable without written consent (e.g. in the event of acquisition).

The same six points are acknowledged with a tick-box on the enquiry form.Read the full licence terms
Who this is for

Four kinds of buyer, one shortcut to market.

If you would rather spend the next quarter selling than specifying, this is the route.

Agencies

Stop reselling somebody else’s seat. Hand your clients a platform with your name on it, and keep the relationship.

SaaS founders

Start from a proven codebase instead of eighteen months of R&D. Go to market while the idea is still yours alone.

Aggregators & large brands

Run an in-house platform under your own name, on your own cloud, with your own data — no vendor between you and your operations.

Regional partners & consultants

Launch a localised product in your market, in your language, on infrastructure you control.

100+ teams have trusted us to build their software — the same engineering that goes into every white-label handover
Client stories

The teams already running our code.

Sellers, agencies and tool-builders who own the software we built them — in their repository, on their infrastructure.

Ecomsellertool rebuilt our entire ops stack on React + Python with direct SP-API and Advertising API integration. We killed five subscriptions, cut report prep from 2 days to 10 minutes, and the dashboards look better than anything we were paying for.

Great job! We were very pleased with Ecomsellertool's work and would highly recommend them for detail-oriented projects. Always available, always on follow-through. Will definitely rehire.

Solid communicator and extremely knowledgeable team. They walked me through every piece of Amazon's SP system with patience. Anyone who appreciates honesty and clear communication should hire them.

FAQ

Licence questions, answered.

Ownership, resale, hosting, cost and what happens when a marketplace API changes. Something missing? Ask it on a 15-min call.

  • Do I really get the source code?
Yes. The complete codebase is transferred to your own Git repository at handover, with documentation and a deployment runbook.
  • Can I resell the software to other companies?
No. One purchase gives one licence to one company for its own use and its own customers under its own brand. Reselling, sublicensing or re-white-labelling the product or the code to a third party is not permitted. A second entity needs a separate licence.
  • Can I run two brands on one licence?
No — each brand or legal entity needs its own licence.
  • Who hosts it?
You do, in your own AWS or GCP account. We deploy it there for you.
  • What does it cost?
The range for each product is on its card above — one-time, no monthly fee. Where you land in that range depends on branding and configuration scope. Book a 15-minute call and we confirm the exact number.
  • Do I need a developer to run it?
No. That is the point of the training. Your repo ships AI-ready — architecture notes, a module map and a prompt playbook — and we run live sessions teaching your team to make changes with Claude or any AI coding assistant. Most day-to-day changes become something your own team ships in an afternoon.
  • What happens when a marketplace API changes?
Marketplace APIs do change. During the AI-enablement sessions we show you how to spot a deprecation notice and apply the fix with AI, on staging first. If you would rather we handle a specific piece of work, we quote it separately.
  • What if I do not have a technical team?
You do not need an engineering department. We deploy and configure everything, then train whoever will own the product — technical or not — to run and change it with AI. If you want us to build something specific later, that is quoted as its own project.
  • How long from signing to launch?
Typically 2 to 4 weeks depending on how much branding and configuration is involved.
  • Can you customise the product before handover?
Yes — custom modules are quoted separately on top of the licence.
  • What is the difference between this and a custom build?
White-label starts from a finished, production-proven product — faster and cheaper, but it works the way it already works. A custom build starts from your workflow and a blank page.
  • What happens to my data?
It sits in your infrastructure and your database. We never hold it.
